Lamb has grown in popularity as a great source of protein and we want to offer it to you.
Our lamb sausage starts with our locally grown lamb. Our lambs receive no implants or added hormones. Our lambs have unlimited access to fresh air, clean water, and exercise. The goal of Loudoun Valley Sheep Producers Association (LVSPA) is to provide the highest quality freshly produced American Lamb to the food consumer. Our producers are feeding high quality lambs and offering to the Association for processing only premium Lambs for sausage making.
Our lamb sausage is made with 100% lamb packed in pork casings. All of our sausage is made at a USDA inspected facility with only the finest lamb and seasonings.
We offer cooked and frozen sausage at certain events throughout the year (visit our Events page).
