Yogurt Mint Dill Sauce

Yogurt Mint Dill Sauce
(a popular condiment at the LVSPA sausage sandwich booth)

1 Large carton low fat yogurt, Plain, 2 lbs.
2 tablespoons dill weed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 drop of mint extract*
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients together and let sit for several hours before serving.

*Note: You will ruin the sauce easily with too much mint extract.
